These Terms govern your use of extradack.com and purchases from EXTRADACK. Your contract is with Zhongxiang Langrenjiu Trading Co., Ltd., the legal business that operates the EXTRADACK store brand. By using the store or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the store.

Store Use

You must be able to form a binding contract where you live, or use the store with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You must provide accurate account, contact, delivery, and payment information and protect your login credentials.

Products and Availability

We aim to describe products, colors, measurements, options, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and normal production variations may affect appearance. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue an item.

Orders and Payment

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions, or unusual quantities. Prices and checkout totals are presented in USD unless clearly stated otherwise.

No Subscription or Automatic Renewal

EXTRADACK does not currently sell subscriptions or automatically renewing purchase plans. A purchase is a one-time transaction unless a future offer clearly states otherwise and obtains legally required consent.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Orders are expected to be processed within 3 business days. Delivery after dispatch is estimated at 5–15 business days. Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days after confirmed delivery, and approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after receipt, inspection, and approval. Acceptable Conduct

Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security or operation, upload harmful code, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site for unlawful or infringing activity.

Intellectual Property and Third-Party Services

Store content and EXTRADACK brand elements are owned by or licensed to Zhongxiang Langrenjiu Trading Co., Ltd.. Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and linked third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimers and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
