These Terms govern your use of extradack.com and purchases from EXTRADACK. By visiting the store or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked from the store. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Store use
You must be able to form a binding contract where you live, or use the store with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate account, contact, and payment information and to protect any login credentials associated with your activity.
Products and availability
We aim to describe products, colors, measurements, and availability accurately. Screen settings and production variations can affect appearance. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue an item without notice.
Orders and payment
An order confirmation acknowledges our receipt of your request; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or unusual quantities. If a canceled order was charged, the affected amount will be refunded. Prices are displayed in USD unless clearly stated otherwise.
Shipping and returns
Delivery estimates, international charges, risk of carrier delay, return eligibility, and refund procedures are described on our Shipping Information and Returns & Refunds pages. Those rules form part of these Terms.
Acceptable conduct
Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security or operation, upload harmful code, scrape data without permission, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site for unlawful or infringing activity.
Content and intellectual property
The store design, original copy, graphics, and EXTRADACK brand elements are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable law. You may use the site for personal shopping only. Product reviews or other material you voluntarily submit may be used to operate and promote the store, provided we do not materially misrepresent your contribution.
Third-party services
Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and linked third-party sites operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for services or content we do not control.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. EXTRADACK is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that consumer law does not allow us to waive.
Responsibility for misuse
You agree to be responsible for losses or claims caused by your unlawful use of the store or material breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona and applicable United States federal law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. We may update these Terms for operational, legal, or security reasons; continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply.
