This notice explains how EXTRADACK collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit extradack.com, place an order, or contact us.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with the store, we may receive your name, email, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, order history, customer-service messages, device and browser data, IP address, cookie identifiers, and general site activity. Payment details are processed by our payment providers; we do not receive a complete card number.
How we use information
- to process payments, fulfill orders, and provide tracking;
- to answer questions and manage returns or product issues;
- to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the store;
- to prevent fraud and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations;
- to send marketing only where permitted, with an unsubscribe option in each message.
When information is shared
We share only what is reasonably needed with service providers that help run the store, including Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment and shipping partners, analytics providers, customer-support tools, and professional advisers. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transfer. We do not sell personal information for money.
